Together, we’ll explore your emotional patterns and build tools to repair, reconnect, and grow.
Free Discovery Call
A discovery call is a free, no-pressure 15 minute phone or video conversation where we can get to know each other and see if working together feels like the right fit. It’s not a counselling session, but a chance for you to share what you’re looking for, ask any questions about my approach, and get a sense of how I work. Just as importantly, it’s an opportunity for you to notice if you feel comfortable and supported. Finding the right therapist is an important step in your healing, and this call helps you make that decision with clarity and ease.
